Child Dedication (Christening Form)

Congratulations on committing to dedicate your child to Christ. When you chose to have your child christened, you committed to show your child the love of God through your own personal relationship with His Son, Jesus Christ.
It is recognition that your child is an incredible gift from God, and that you are looking forward to the day when your child will choose to make a personal commitment to Christ.
