Our core values shape our attitude and actions as we seek to fulfill the church’s vision as conveyed by its vision statement. These values serve as a guideline which helps fulfill our desire to see our lives, families, relationships with one another, ministry, and our community reflect the person and character of Christ. Therefore, we are committed to these twelve core values.

Subitting to God’s Word as our authority
The Word of God is the final authority and source of life guidance, calling us to a faith-filled, obedient, and godly lifestyle.

Worshiping as our priority
The worship of God is a priority of our ministry, pursued with biblically-motivated zeal and offered radically and joyfully, but within reverence and humility.

A Holy Spirit begotten climate of God’s love is that atmosphere which most readily begets hope, fosters genuine caring, and produces relationships free of condemnation.

Building strong families
The biblical modeled family is God’s foundational social and government unit and is to be nourished and preserved. Fundamental to this value is the sanctity of marriage, biblical sexuality, and human life.

Building Racial and ethnic harmony in the body of Christ
Under God our Creator, racial and ethnic diversity is respected; under Christ our Redeemer, all humanity is called to the values and virtues of the Kingdom of God.

Demonstrating a Spirit-filled witness and service
The ministry of the church is to be conveyed through the means of maturing believers, baptized in the Holy Spirit for empowered witness and equipped in the Word and His gifts for faithful service.

Being godly role models of accountability
We commit to being a body of believers who are open and accepting of one another where one feels it is necessary to “wear a mask” or “put on a façade.” We commit to be godly role models who encourage believers to seek our relationships of trust where they can be held accountable in various areas of their lives, including their faith, service and stewardship.

Engaging In Spiritual Warfare
The reality of the invisible realm of spiritual conflict demands biblical confrontation through prayer and ministry with discernment and love; that the victory given to us by Jesus Christ is manifested in the natural realm.

Presenting ministry with integrity and relevance
We commit to studying of the Word of God that we may grow and become living epistles read of all men who can share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and empower people on all levels.

Celebrating A Spirit of Giving
To live is to give—in tithes, offerings, and spiritual gifts. We are responsible to steward what we have been given of time, gifts, and finances, believing they come from the hand of God for us to obediently distribute.

Maintaining The Spirit of Excellence
Pursuing excellence involves living and ministering in ways that correspond to God’s “praiseworthiness.” This means we are to offer God excellence in life and ministry with the conscious intent of honoring him.

Remaining Humble
Humility, as is love, is a spiritual grace produced by God’s Holy Spirit. Humility seeks the honor of God and regards others as more important than self. It is essential because it will lead us to rely upon God alone for the power to live godly and be an effective ministry.
